LìONRA (lee-on-rah) means networking in Scottish Gaelic, and our intention is to do just that. We connect our clients with an audience and an audience with a product or service through online ads, high-level marketing strategies, and SEO.
Mainly though, our service is disruption. Effective marketing requires a knack for understanding what will disrupt the status quo and create an impact.
A NOTE FROM JEN.
This year marks my 25th year of working in the sales and marketing industry. It’s safe to say that I’ve been nerding out behind a computer screen since the early days of online sales and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
As with all milestones, I’ve recently taken some time to reflect on what makes me happy, and evaluate the impact that I’m making in my community. I’ll admit, this process was not all rainbows and unicorns as it brought me to the realization that I’ve spent most of my career in the shadows— building up other people’s businesses and mentoring others while downplaying my talents and skills. Well, now it’s my time to shine! Welcome to Lìonra Agency.
You can expect the same award-winning work, passion, and dedication that I’ve always brought to everything I do, but the goals will be bigger; strategies will be even more unexpected and disruptive (in a good way, I promise), and my team will wow you from concept all the way to reporting.
Beyond our ambitious business goals for impactful growth, it’s also important for us to give back. Lìonra Agency and some of our talented partners offer complimentary marketing and sales strategy sessions for small startups, non-profits, and mission-driven companies who want to make a difference in their communities and the world.
Becoming an accredited Rainbow Registered LGBT+ Friendly company and establishing a Reconciliation Action Plan is something we are actively working on because building safe and inclusive spaces is essential to what we do and who we are.

Our retainers are customized to meet your company’s goals, needs, and overall budget. Your business is unique, so we treat you as such.
Our starting point is $2500/month with a minimum three-month contract. For that, you get a dedicated team that is committed to your business's success and will do everything in its power to help you reach your goals. And no, we don’t just say it, we’ll prove it through reporting and data.
We’ll create a plan for reaching goals together with timelines and other considerations.
We’ll work with you and your team to figure out short-term and long-term goals with measurable outcomes.
We’ll decide on the tactics involved in amplifying the story/campaign/ask based on each goal and target audience.
We’ll test and adapt key messaging and communications while keeping in mind that it needs to feel authentic and kind to everyone involved.
We’ll ensure we’re doing the right things at the right time and with the right effort.
